Luchadora La Amapola was born Guadalupe Olvera on September 9, 19?? in Distrito Federal, Mexico.She was trained by luchadors Insolito, Satanico, Memo Diaz, Adonis Salazar and Jose Luis Feliciano, and made her Lucha Libre debut in December of1997 at Arena Neza in Netzahualcoyotl, Mexico.
La Amapola wrestled masked until 2006, when she lost her mask to Dark Angel (Sarah Stock) in a match at Arena Mexico.
She is five foot three and weighs 130 pounds.
La Amapola has held the CMLL World Women's Championship, the IWRG Intercontinental Women's Championship and was named the CMLL Female wrestler of the year in 2009.
